1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the unique user profile created by a Player upon successful registration on the rw666 Platform.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an Account, deposits funds, or places bets on rw666.
• "Platform" or "rw666" refers to the online casino and sports betting website accessible at https://rw666.cam and all associated services, games, software, and content.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports event, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive issued by rw666 to a Player's Account, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or winnings available for withdrawal, as distinct from Bonus funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's legal name, age, address, and source of funds.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or older to create an Account and participate in real-money gambling on rw666. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rw666 reserves the right to request government-issued identification (Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or driver's license) at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide valid documentation within 7 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The rw666 Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of Account creation and during all gambling activity. You further acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rw666 complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your area of residence.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from registering or using an Account on rw666:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Individuals who are self-excluded or banned from gambling activities by any recognized gambling authority;
• Employees, contractors, or agents of rw666 or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party or managing an Account for another individual (Account sharing is strictly prohibited);
• Individuals previously banned or excluded from rw666 for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the rw666 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings across all detected Accounts. rw666 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate registrations based on personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Information required includes but is not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.3 KYC Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming policies, rw666 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 5.000.000 in cumulative value or at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team. KYC verification typically requires submission of:

• A clear, high-resolution photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);
• A recent photograph of yourself holding the ID document (selfie verification);
• For certain payment methods, a photograph or screenshot of the bank card, e-wallet account, or bank statement showing the funding source.

Documents must be submitted via the secure upload interface in your Account dashboard or by email to [email protected] (plain text, not a link). Verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours. Refusal or failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your Account details with any third party and to notify rw666 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. rw666 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account use if you have failed to protect your credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Account security settings for an additional layer of protection.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

rw666 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking channels and digital wallets: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. rw666 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer charges or currency conversion fees which are outside our control.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) and major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Deposits via other banks may take up to 15 minutes to process depending on interbank clearing schedules. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 live support team with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your rw666 Account originate from legitimate sources and are your own property. rw666 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, particularly for high-value deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Funds suspected of being proceeds of crime, fraud, or money laundering will be frozen, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals & Processing Times

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time through the Cashier section of your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000; maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier (Bronze: Rp 10.000.000/day, Silver: Rp 25.000.000/day, Gold: Rp 100.000.000/day). Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise authorized by rw666's finance team.

5.2 Processing Times

rw666 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Instant to 5 minutes for verified Accounts;
• BCA / BRI Transfers: 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB);
• BNI / Mandiri Transfers: 15 minutes to 1 hour;
• Other Banks (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Danamon, Permata): 1 to 24 hours depending on interbank processing windows.

First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000 may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process. rw666 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, receiving banks may impose incoming transfer fees.

5.3 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time (1× rollover requirement) on casino games or sports bets before the deposited amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a deposit of Rp 1.000.000 must generate at least Rp 1.000.000 in total settled wagers before the principal deposit can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to deposits made without claiming any Bonus.

5.4 Reversal of Withdrawals

Once a withdrawal request has been approved and dispatched by rw666's finance team, it cannot be reversed or canceled. If you cancel a pending withdrawal before approval, the funds will be returned to your Account balance and will be subject to wagering requirements again if a Bonus was active.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All Bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by rw666 are subject to specific terms and conditions including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and validity periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in full before claiming any Bonus. By opting in to a Bonus, you agree to be bound by its specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are generally subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) which specifies how many times the Bonus amount (or Bonus + deposit combined) must be wagered before any winnings generated from Bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 1× to 50× depending on the promotion type. For example, a Bonus with a 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 Bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total settled wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Slots and arcade games: 100% contribution;
• Live casino games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10% to 20% contribution;
• Sports betting: 100% contribution on bets with odds 1.50 or higher;
• Restricted games (certain progressive jackpot slots): 0% contribution or prohibited from play during active Bonus.

6.4 Maximum Bet Rules

When wagering with an active Bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

rw666 reserves the right to void Bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, colluding with other Players, exploiting software errors, using automated betting scripts, or any other behavior deemed contrary to the spirit of fair play. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and binding.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

All casino games, slot machines, and virtual table games offered on rw666 utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. RNG outcomes are provably fair, unpredictable, and cannot be manipulated by rw666 or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information panel and audited regularly.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, and others) are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by our certified partners including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. 7.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on rw666 are governed by the official rules of the respective sport and league. Bet settlement is based on the final official result as determined by the governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or canceled match, specific settlement rules apply and are detailed in our comprehensive Sports Betting Rules document available in the FAQ section. For bandar bola (football betting), voor bola (Asian handicap), and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers, all selections must be settled as winners for the ticket to pay out.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rw666 Platform and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or game malfunctions for financial gain;
• Collusion with other Players or match-fixing in sports betting markets;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to manipulate game software;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud, stolen payment methods, or identity theft;
• Abusing customer support or using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward staff;
• Any other activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform or violates applicable law.

Detection of prohibited activities will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While rw666 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, server downtime, third-party provider outages, network failures, and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally disrupt service. rw666 is not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or display error that affects game outcomes or payout calculations, the affected game round is void and all stakes are refunded to Players' Accounts. rw666 is not liable for losses arising from such malfunctions. If you observe a suspected error or malfunction, you must report it to customer support immediately and cease playing the affected game.

8.3 Force Majeure

rw666 shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor strikes, internet service provider failures, denial-of-service attacks, or any other force majeure event.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rw666's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by rw666

rw666 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your Account at any time if we reasonably suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that threatens the integrity of the Platform. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will notify you of the suspension and the reasons for it via email, and you will be given an opportunity to respond and provide evidence in your defense.

9.2 Termination by rw666

rw666 may permanently close your Account and terminate your access to the Platform if:

• You are found to be under 21 years of age;
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration;
• You have engaged in prohibited activities as defined in Section 7.4;
• You have created multiple Accounts;
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Your Account has been dormant (no login or activity) for more than 24 consecutive months.

Upon termination, your Real Money Balance will be returned to you (subject to successful KYC verification) minus any amounts related to suspected fraud or Terms violation. Bonus funds and promotional credits are forfeited upon termination.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your use of the rw666 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rw666 holds its primary operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and rw666, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaint handling process. You may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] (plain text) detailing the nature of the dispute and any supporting evidence. Our compliance team will investigate and respond within 14 calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or the relevant gambling regulatory authority overseeing rw666's license.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring any claims against rw666 on an individual basis only and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
